One star is too much for this hookah house. We just got out of this place and we are not coming back. This place is being run by a bunch of disrespectful kids. The waiters are impolite and rude to say the least. We asked for our bill for 20 minutes and suddenly the waiter comes out and throws the bill on our table and leaves. We asked for the manager to tell him about the incident. He defended the waiter's barbaric behavior. This place needs to be shut down.

I can't compare to another spot, as it is my first hookah experience ever. That being said, I really enjoyed it! I chose vanilla flavor with a regular head. It was tasty and smelled divine. Pros: There is a button for service or the bill, which means the staff leaves you alone and you can just hang out. There is a HUGE flavor selection. There are directions right in the menu for newbies. They also serve beverages and snacks. Comfy couches. Cons: Easy to drive by the place, especially if following GPS directions. I would've preferred to share a head with my hubby instead of having 2. The snacks & pricing for them are a bit weird (e.g. Beef stick $2, tic tacs $1). Appetizers are over-priced (e.g. $10 falafel). Overall, a nice experience & will come back.

Unreasonable place and the service is really bad. Cost is way too high. Hookah is average. This is closer to my place but I drive few extra miles to hit the hookah lounge in west Bloomfield hills which is and excellent place way much better than this lounge. I would not advice anyone to this place and on a serious note - AVOID

It was my very first time smoking hookah, and the place is very easy to pass by. I swear I drove past it 4 times and never did see it! So when I finally got there, the atmosphere is amazing! Especially outside. It's very beautiful at night. My only problem with this place is that the staff isn't very attentive. Me and my friends had to press the call button 3 times just to get the guy to fix the charcoal. It's a very relaxing spot, but should the staff be that lax as well?

Kind of shady!! The menu said one price and they tried to charge a different price. There were three people in the whole place and it ten minutes for them to serve us.

A close friend and I stumbled across iHookah Lounge after coming from Roseville on business. We were actually trying to look for a place that sells decent cigars. Never really tried hookah before and figured this business could give us a good first experience. The service was beyond our expectation! The atmosphere and decor was inviting and the place was well-maintained and clean. Despite our lack of knowledge, the staff member was more willing to answer our various questions about the products. The two hookahs we ordered arrived promptly and the prices were far better than anything we could have found near home. Despite the long drive from Flushing, I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends. Very impressed!

I absolutely have NO complaints about iHookah. The atmosphere of the place is very comfortable and the service was excellent. Compared to most hookah places, the lightening was fantastic and not dark like a dungeon or a rapist basement. If you are looking for a good time with good people, this is the spot to be.

I've been here twice it started off GREAT and it's getting better! Tons of flavor choices, personal tv's, comfy clean couches, clean bathrooms, tasty food, amazing staff, tasty food, nice interior design and decorating scheme, and they're making a patio with couches! You should definitely come here! Every table has a button with 3 buttons that are: call, cancel, and bill. They are quick and put the tobacco in halved fruit! The coals come to you pre-lit and they place them for you. I cannot say enough positive things about this place!!!!

Great place...one of the best hookah places in Metro Detroit..very modern and clean. Prices are a bit high, but it is cheaper than driving to Dearborn.

pretty much been hooked on the iHookah Lounge from my first visit. service is always great. Ive try the double Apple , melon mountain mint, cocojumbo with and without fuzzy lemonade (try it bofore you,say,yuck!) And tonight is the irsh peach white mint, also a winner. they will even bring in awesome Middle Eastern food from Le Chef next door. Oh,and the patio is open now too! I would love to see more drink options but thats the only complaint I have. Cool place and really great staff. Check them out you wont be sorry.

This place is my #1 Hookah Bar hangout. My best friend and I love to go to iHookah Lounge to eat lunch and have a hookah (we bring our own food), wedding plan and hookah, or just plain chit chat and hookah. The staff is always friendly, they pretty much know our order when we walk in and sit down. They always bring charcoals when we need them, and the bill when we are ready. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks for purchase as well. Place is always kept clean.

Great place overall. The hookah is always made beyond expectations. Best customer service of any hookah bar I've ever been too, it's exceptional. I don't have a single complaint about this hookah bar whatsoever. One time my head wasn't hitting quite correctly, so I asked for some help and the guy agreed and have me a new head and hookah for free. They really take care of their customers. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The place is just okay. Not too great for hangout. The service is nor too prompt and they take so much time to serve you or even give you a bill. The hookah is good but it is expensive and not reasonably priced. We had to pay 38$ for one hookah and 4 people where 5$ was included already as a gratitude which is ridiculous. This is the only hookah place charging a gratituity price. The same hookah and same number of people and better service will cost me 20$ at blue hookah lounge in west Bloomfield hills. Only if you want to spend more money you could visit this place. 3 stars are just for the quality of hookah. 0 stars for its price.
